The Second Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan will be held in Delhi from 18 and 19 November 2006.The Conference will discuss a range of issues concerning Afghanistan and will include Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki, French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste Blazy and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov along with key officials of the US and Pakistan ’s foreign services.
