Suicide attacks in Pakistan continued incessantly in December and a few major ones are covered herein. The New Year 2010 saw one of the most disturbing suicide attack in which 90 people were killed when a suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden pickup truck in the middle of a volleyball game in the village of Shah Hasan Khel, in Bannu division of Lakki Marwat. The village had resisted Taliban dominance and had also raised a militia to combat the rebels thereby facing their ire.
